Dear fellow friends in Inner Wheel, I am thrilled to address you through this message as we embark on a new and exciting Inner Wheel year. I am filled with immense pride and gratitude to serve as the National Representative of Inner Wheel Bangladesh for 2023-24. I am also pleased to know the momentous news that the much anticipated District Directory for the year
2023-24 is poised to be unveiled in a truly distinguished unwrapped fashion.
I am very much thankful to charismatic outgoing National Representative, Mohsena
Reza who brought a wealth of experience and dynamic perspectives to our esteemed organization. Together, we form a active team, committed to building upon the legacy of Inner Wheel and leading our members towards greater success and impact. The prevailing theme adopted by Inner Wheel for the year 2023-24 resonates powerfully as “Shine a light” This theme reflects the essence of Inner Wheel as we strive to make a positive difference and inspire hope in the lives of those we serve.
This Directory serves as a powerful instrument in our mission to create hope. It showcases the incredible work being carried out by Inner Wheel clubs across our district, highlighting the passion, dedication, and compassion of our members.

Message From National Representative 2022-2023
Dear Sisters in Inner Wheel
Assalam walaikum wa rahmatullahe wa barakatuhu.
Please accept my greetings for the coming year. Chairmen and the Executive Committee members of both the Districts ,my heartfelt congratulations goes out to you. I pray that your tenure be smooth, meaningful and enjoyable.
It is not too far before we will be celebrating our prestigious organisation’s centennial year with due fervour and so, if need be, we have to discuss, debate,and formulate a plan of action for the on coming years. From the outset I..W.President Zenaida Farcon’s theme for the year “Work Wonders” should be a launching pad for ideas on which to base the programmes. The substance and tone of the theme certainly inspires us to consider the true meaning of I.W. and the creed of service and friendship that it honours.
This theme is a stepping stone for brilliant innovative ideas and it echoes the spirit with which we will decide to fulfil our plans to take our organisation, which is the largest voluntary women’s organisation in the world, recognised by the UN, to greater heights. N.R. is the post box and a bridge between her own country and the International I.W. and so being given the honour of the highest post within her country she gives her level best to work in the line that all information is ready at hand on both ends. Friends, as you work, try to reflect on your priorities and identify worthy causes which stir the souls and touch your hearts and minds.
To work “Wonders” therefore, members will have to seek out those in need, understand their privations empathise with their problems and so be mobilised into sincere action. This theme has given us a vast space to imagine and execute our work plan so we are hopeful that the year will witness the fulfillment of our dreams and prove that strong women make a stronger world! The confidence in my ability to carry out the duties entrusted to me is humbling and yet inspiring, but of course it is always the will of Almighty Allah that charts one’s destiny.

Message From National Representative 2021-2022
Dear Beloved Inner Wheel Friends,
Greetings. I wish you all a great new Inner Wheel Year 2021-2022. I am honored and delighted to serve as your NR for this tenure. This is a momentous occasion in my life since NR is the highest prestigious position in the country and for that I thank Allah for giving me the opportunity to shoulder the solemn tasks of NR.
NR’s role is to bridge between the national and international primarily to coordinate better communication. Also, NR has the duty to impart information seamlessly to the Districts which she receives from the international Governing Body in order to keep the Districts updated with thoughts of IIW so that the Districts could align in accordance with the expectation of IIW. In my tenure, coordinating with two Districts of Bangladesh, I would proactively execute the duties bestowed upon me as N by IIW Constitution. In this regard, it’s my warm expectation that I would receive fullest cooperation from both the Districts.
During the on going Covid-19 pandemic, it is indeed challenging to get things done as much as possible and we all must strive to put forward our best efforts without compromising the safety of the members of W and families. As the women take the pivotal position in the family to keep everything going smooth, the theme “Pink First” by IIW President Ebe Panitteri Martines is a timely action-oriented statement which defines the totality of women in all sphere of life. As I understand, the concept of Pink means the women taking the control completely to achieve the objective as first responder in every situation. Therefore, during this pandemic it is only natural and expected that the women would claim her position by doing all kinds of activities in order to make the world safe.
I wish each and every member of IW Bangladesh well and request all to stay safe and work towards a better pandemic free tomorrow. I wish good luck to the District Chairmen of the both the Districts and their committees and fully ensure them my best cooperation during my tenure.
Let’s hope and pray for a better tomorrow where there would be no gender gap, where women empowerment would be enshrined in all activities. Let’s work together to achieve that world of women by fostering national and international understanding. I am sure together we can.

Message From National Representative 2019-2020
It gives me immense pleasure to convey greetings and best wishes to my dear IW Members of District 328, Bangladesh on the occasion of publishing District Directory. District Directory is an important informative tool and a wonderful net-working resource for Inner wheel members. May I take the opportunity to congratulate District Chairman Momtaz Mahal Ranu, District Editor Zesrina Haider and their team for their tireless efforts in publishing District Directory within the time-frame.
In every cycle of new year we receive a new theme from IIW President and this year International President Phyllis E Charter has forwarded a brilliant theme ‘Together we can’ which is very meaningful and highly allusive. This theme will promote all Inner Wheel Members to work together as a team so that we can achieve our dream and ambitions.
I appeal to my dear Inner wheel friends, Let us work together with renewed spirits and zeal to achieve our mission and vision of new Inner wheel year 2019-2020. May God Bless us all.
