Dear IWC Leaders,

Congratulations and warm wishes to you all as you step up and cherish your new leadership roles, as we proceed into the Inner Wheel Year 2025-2026.

It is a great honor and a proud privilege for me to serve as the 41st District Chairman of District 328, the first and most versatile district of Inner Wheel Bangladesh.

I express my gratitude to the Almighty for granting me this prestigious position. I would also like to thank all my Inner Wheel friends for entrusting me and my team to lead the District this year.

“Step Up & Lead by Example” is the International Inner Wheel Theme for 2025-2026. In honors of this theme, we will seize every opportunity to step up. We will promote compassion, empathy, and tolerance through our brand by creating examples of good leadership and inspiring others to bridge gaps, take the lead, and benefit our community and our country through impactful positive actions.

I am confident that each club in our District will strive to achieve greater heights by carrying out purposeful, meaningful, and sustainable projects to reach out to the maximum number of beneficiaries. At the same time, let us also enjoy fellowship on every occasion.

Inner Wheel is the place where my passion meets my purpose and gives me a pursuit of happiness. Friendship is the foundation of Inner Wheel—it represents unity in diversity, strength in community, and action with purpose.

I gratefully acknowledge the support of my home club and appreciate all District dignitaries, IIW Board Directors, and PNRs for their continuous encouragement, affection, and support. I have learned a great deal from their shared knowledge and experiences.

I am especially grateful and proud of our District Editor, Abida Sultana, for her dedication and tireless efforts in publishing this District Directory.
